Croatia coach Slaven Bilic has announced his 23-man squad for this summer's Euro 2008 tournament in Switzerland and Austria.
Portsmouth's Niko Kranjcar, Manchester City's Vedran Corluka and Tottenham's £16.5m signing from Dynamo Zagreb, Luka Modric, make up the Premier League contingent in the squad, which includes Werder Bremen striker Ivan Klasnic.
Klasnic underwent a kidney transplant last year and caps a remarkable recovery as one of five forwards included.
Croatia will face Germany, Poland and Austria in group A when Euro 2008 gets underway in June.
